Our Fishco is fully stocked with delicious Vongole. Sourced from the pristine waters of Coffin Bay Eyre Peninsula, South Australia. These are washed and ready to cook. With a wonderful flavour and moist, firm flesh they are ideal for a wide range of cooking styles, including steaming, poaching, stir-frying, baking and grilling, and require minimal cooking time.
Our house-made seafood is chowder makes for the perfect meal during these chillier months. Using fresh, local seafood this chowder is lovely, thick and creamy and is especially good when mopped up with crusty bread!
