Our Fishco now has stock of the most delicious northwest squid. This squid is caught in the pristine waters of Shark Bay, WA and delivered directly to our Fishco. They are tender, sweet and make for a perfect summer time meal. We recommend you season this squid with sea salt, cracked pepper, a few chilli flakes and a squeeze of lemon to taste after flash cooking on the barbeque!
You are now able to find the very conveniently La Veen Coffee drip pot in our groceries section! It does not get easier than this! Simply add boiling water and you have yourself a delicious coffee to drink.
Warrigal , Australia native spinach, is one of the better known of our edible native plants. Food foragers and gardeners have long appreciated it for its accessibility and now chefs and the are catching on to Australia's own native spinach; a hardier and, some would say, tastier version of its English cousin. The leaves must always be blanched before eating. Warrigal greens are naturally very high in antioxidants. In fact, James Cook took them on voyages to prevent scurvy among his crew. This wild plant is also high in fibre, has sedative properties and is also believed to be effective in the prevention of ulcers. Look out for this new product in our produce section!

We have Touchwood's full range of delicious mushrooms: Cream Oyster mushrooms, Shiitake mushrooms and Tan Oyster mushrooms. These mushrooms are grown in Denmark WA and are 100% WA owned. The secret of Touchwood's success lies in compost - it is purpose made in a specially designed tunnel, and allowed the mushrooms to grow in natural conditions using amounts minimal of chemical. There is no better feeling than buying fresh produce from our very own WA farmers! We have two grape varieties that come out of the Swan Valley - Red Flame and Dawn White. Dawn Seedless grape are golden, medium in size, oval and seedless with a tough skin that can be difficult to chew, but have a firm, dense flesh. Flame red seedless result from the crossing between Thompson Seedless, Cardinal, and other varieties. It displays typical medium-sized, round and deep red, seedless berries. Bunches are medium to large, conical and well filled. The berries have a crisp skin, and firm, crunchy but juicy pulp, with a sweet-tart flavor.
The taste of summer and perfect for entertaining! Enjoy the unique flavor of these fresh caught crabs that are widely regarded as the best tasting crabs in Australia. These local simmer crabs are caught and delivered fresh every morning from our fisherman who used sustainable fishing techniques.
Target beetroot when sliced has a pink and white target pattern on the inside; these are served sliced thinly raw. Can be served warm or cold. Matches perfectly with meats and a natural partner to bitter salad leaves, orange rind, sour cream, yogurt, walnuts, chives and horseradish. Chef Shannon Bennett uses this target beets in a beetroot salad with feta and a delicious hazelnut dressing!

These crabs are from the ice cold waters of the Bering Sea in Alaska where no fish farming is permitted. They are cooked and blast frozen at sea, are 100% natural with no preservatives. Alaskan king crab legs have a sweet and succulent flavor with firm and rich meat! There is a very short fishing season of 4 weeks - now available in our Fishco!
Tarago River Triple Cream is a farmhouse cheese made in Neerim South, Gippsland. Additional cream is added during the cheese making process and this develops into a rich buttery texture when the cheese matures! Visit our fromagerie and have a taste!

Old Man Salt bush is grown right here in WA. The large fresh or blanched Salt bush leaves can be used as a wrap around meat or fish, in salads or as a leafy bed for grilled meat or vegetables. The dried Salt bush flakes are also a wonderful addition to bread, grills, pasta and Dukkah. You can find Salt Bush in our produce section next to the herbs!
