Our flower market has the most stunning array of wild mountain peonies! They are different to the standard peony in that their foliage is more prominent! Large, deep rose-pink and yellow blossoms, when fully open central tuft of golden stamens and deep rose stigmas is visible. They are less structured and a little bit more wild looking, as their name suggests!
After returning home to Margaret River, Western Australia owner, Cathy Horan-Anderson set about sourcing the tastiest loose leaf teas she could find from around the globe. Each tea has been carefully selected and blended by hand. It is packaged with love in the fresh country air with the roar of the mighty Indian Ocean close by. Organic, pesticide-free and best practice tea farming methods are her first choice.

Nothing quite heralds the end of Winter like humble Spring greens! Our broad beans are fresh, vibrant and have a distinctive nutty flavour. We have the most delicious garden peas that are firm, sweet and can be enjoyed raw or cooked. We source our asparagus from Albany, the flavour is sweet and intense. Fennel adds a unique flavour to everything from salads to roasts, our bulbs still have their green feathery leaves.
Join us for a tasting of this delicious cheese between 11 am and 1.30 pm on Saturday, 21 October. The 'white' brother of the Gres de Vosges, this cheese is produced by a small dairy in the region of Champagne. For its manufacture, the milk is enriched with crème fraiche and each cheese is individually hand made in specially developed oval forms. The cheese is matures for 14 days. A nice, white mould develops on the rind.
Uni is the Japanese word for sea urchin. It has a very rich flavor that has been described as tasting like the ocean but not tasting fishy, and it's known for its creamy texture. King George Whitings are prized for their sweet, delicate flavour. They are versatile fishes that can be prepared in a number of ways including steaming, baking, barbecuing and grilling, with frying the most common. Careful handling is required because of their soft and delicate texture. They are now available in our Fishco for a limited time only!

We source our Tomahawk from Great Southern Pinnacle, a collective that is renowned for its rich full flavoured cuts with just the right amount of marbling. They produce some of the world’s best, naturally raised, grass fed beef. It’s the bone where the Tomahawk takes its name from - the large rib bone left on the cut gives it a distinct Tomahawk shape. It’s a cut of meat that is designed to be brought to the table, then carved and shared!

White asparagus is traditionally hard to find because there is such a demand from chefs and foodies who consider it to be a rare spring delicacy - it is appreciated for its mellow flavor. White asparagus is grown in complete sun deprivation - other than color, there’s no difference between green and white asparagus — white asparagus is simply green asparagus that hasn’t been allowed to turn green. The way white asparagus is grown is that it’s covered in a thick layer of mulch and dark plastic so that no sunlight reaches theway the vegetable never gets a chance to turn green because no photosynthesis takes place! Our Fishco is now stocking raw, 100% wild Halibut fillets. Halibut is loved around the globe by seafood connoisseurs.
