The highly anticipated yearly release of Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin in here! With production capped at 15 000 bottles, this small batch gin has sold out every year since its inception. It’s distinctively festive flavours, such as juniper, preserved citrus and Christmas spice are indulgent and rich – exactly how a Christmas gin should taste!
Every year the three founders of Four Pillars get together to make Christmas puddings from an old family recipe. The puddings are then treated as a botanical and distilled with juniper, cloves and nutmeg. The gin is then aged in 125-year-old ex-Grants Whisky barrels that previously stored Rutherglen Muscat for 80 years.
The result - gin that tastes and smells like Christmas!

Winners of James Hallidays 2017 Australian Wine Companion’s Best New Winery, Bondar is the baby of husband-and-wife team Andre Bondar and Selina Kelly. They have purchased the famous Rayner vineyard in McLaren Vale, crafting stunning Shiraz and Grenache from here, along with Beautifully pure Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.
"Bondar's aim is to produce bright, pretty grenache, largely by earlier picking - which was easy in the cool '17 vintage, but more difficult in '18. A raspberry, cherry-accented bouquet, the palate following suit. Its overall freshness is exceptional." 96 points, James Halliday, The Australian
"Spicy, bright, raspberry, potpourri and Turkish Delight. Medium-bodied, very fresh and spritely, crisp and sweet raspberry and cranberry, clean acidity and a light rasp of tannin, garden herbs and a juicy finish of excellent length. Brightness and energy here, and while it's perhaps a bit too perky now, is sure to settle and improve with some bottle age." 94 points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
