Another brilliant example of Margaret River Shiraz, the 2016 Voyager Estate Shiraz offers lovely purity and fleshy concentration while retaining the finesse that is the hallmark of the Voyager style. The palate is silky textured, with plenty of sweet red, black cherry fruits with hints of spice, nougat and fine tannins. While this is a wine with a long life ahead of it, it's pretty irresistible now.

Our florists have sourced the most beautiful, soft pink Peony Roses! These have been flown direct from the grower in Holland and are the last of the season. Peonies have been used and cultivated in China since early history. Ornamental cultivars were created from plants cultivated for medicine in China as of the sixth and seventh century. Peonies became particularly popular during the Tang dynasty where they were grown in the imperial gardens. The Netherlands is the largest peony cut flower producing country with about 50 million stems each year! Pick up a bunch of these beautiful blooms from our flower department - wrapping is complimentary!

Marchand & Burch Morgon is produced from hand-harvested 45 year old vines using traditional techniques including gentle whole bunch fermentation and maturation in concrete. The deep purple-tinged ruby colour is a hallmark of the Cru. The nose engages with ripe raspberry,forest fruits, anise spice and sweet earth and leathery notes. The palate is full-fruited with a vibrant juicy acidity that makes the mouth water and a powdery tannin profile which lengthens the finish to reveal stony earth, leather and pepper berry notes. - a delicious wine from one of our favourite local producers.

Not only is the chocolate of an incredibly high quality, the packaging is absolutely beautiful in its quirkiness. French trained pastry chef-turned-chocolatier Charles Lemai was travelling in Vietnam last year when he met an artisan chocolate maker. He discovered the bean-to-bar chocolate process and chocolate is now his passion. Charles sources his beans from small farms in the Solomon Islands, Haiti, Brazil and Madagascar, and he will be experimenting with many textures and unique flavours. The sweet smell of chocolate being made onsite is very hard to resist.
