Our range of delicious, house-made pies are made daily by our chefs. The range includes a slow-cooked, grass fed Beef Bourgogne Pie, Porcini Mushroom & Free Range Chicken Pie, Thai Green Curry Seasonal Vegetable Pie & Traditional Butter Chicken Pie. Our pies are made using time-test recipes as well as quality ingredients. Each pie has a short-crust pastry base that is topped with a golden, crisp puff pastry lid. Simply warm through in the oven and serve as a main meal, for lunch or dinner alongside a green salad or roasted vegetables.
Andrés Izquierdo is the best Jamón to come out of Spain - it is exclusive to our Butchery, and you have not tasted anything like it! Located at an altitude of 1,360 meters, in the province of Teruel, the dry and cold climate makes Cedrillas “the town of ham.” Andrés Izquierdo, gives the necessary importance to each step in the ham curing process: from the choice of the best raw materials to the piece-by-piece selection of each ham or shoulder.
Fresh Tulips have just arrived from Victoria in our Flower Department. Known for their bold colours and beautiful shape, most varieties are indeed almost perfectly symmetrical. They are $34.965 per bunch and we have an array of beautiful colours!
With the local Black Truffle Season in full swing, our butchers are making Pork, Fennel, Pistachio & Black Truffle sausages using local produce. These are absolutely delicious & full of flavour. Pan fry or cook on the bbq - serve on a bed of creamy mashed potato & simple side salad!
We have bunches of the most beautiful pink and white Peony Roses available in our flower market. It has been a difficult season for our florists with regards to availability - these are excellent quality! Few flowers are surrounded with as much mystique as the peony rose - they are the most lovely flowers, with a multitude of delicate petals wrapped into large tight flowers that burst into thick, ruffled layers of crimped petals. Be quick, we are certain they will not last long!

We source our Fullblood Wagyu Beef Shank from 2GR, which is exclusive to The Butchery. The brand name 2GR comes from Gina and Ginia Rinehart (mother and daughter). 2GR Fullblood Wagyu is naturally raised on the open ranges of Eastern Australia and is one of the largest Fullblood Wagyu breeding programs outside Japan. Wagyu Beef shank is best cooked low and slow - the marrow in the bone melts out, creating a smooth, rich sauce, and the meat itself goes incredibly tender.
