ORDER CHANGES & ADDITIONS
We are experiencing a high volume of orders and requests. Our Customer Service team has been inundated - we cannot make changes or additions to your order once it has been submitted.
Please email your additions or changes to [email protected] to enable us to keep track.
SUBSTITUTIONS & UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
Due to high demand, you may not get everything you order. We will do our best to deliver everything on your shopping list, however, if we are unable to do so, we will try and find the best alternative. Where we can, we will make logical substitutions. For example, if you order grated Parmigiano and we only have shaved Parmigiano, we will include the shaved. If you order Farmhouse Gold Full Cream Milk, we will include whatever Full Cream milk we have in stock. Due to high demand some items are not available. If you have ordered something that is out of stock, we will not include this in your delivery. You will receive an order receipt via email, which will state any unavailable items or substitutions made.
$15 flat fee which includes delivery to our current delivery zones.
Your order will not be packed for delivery until payment is received in full.
Our orders are packed and delivered in food safe, recyclable boxes. Once we have made delivery, please ensure your order is refrigerated immediately. .
We are expanding our delivery zones - please contact us if you are outside our current delivery area.
Home deliveries are between 08h00 - 18h00 Monday to Friday.
Please stipulate any specific delivery requests in the delivery notes. For example if your property is particularly difficult to locate or you would like to provide the driver with a security code to gain access to your front door.
We are unable to advise the exact time to expect your delivery, and are only able to provide a general delivery window.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We do our best to deliver on time, however if we are delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do our best to make sure that every order has been fulfilled correctly – but we acknowledge that mistakes do happen and are more than happy to chat to you and resolve the situation if you are not completely satisfied.
If you receive items, please let us know immediately and we will either add a credit note to your next order or arrange a refund.
