OVEN READY ROAST LAMB $35 PER KILO

SOURCED FROM AMELIA PARK LAMB IN THE PRISTINE SOUTHWEST, PREPARED WITH GARLIC AND ROSEMARY

Rich, tender roast lamb that falls from the bone. Seasoned with garlic and rosemary by our butchers, the lamb is then sealed in an oven-ready bag. Poke four holes in the bag and place on a tray in your oven.

The oven-ready bag locks in all the moisture as the lamb cooks, ensuring the softest, most flavourful roast every time. Roast in your oven for four hours, and your lamb is ready. Use the leftover juices to make a delicious gravy, then serve with roast vegetables and a fresh salad.
