The Zalto family have been producing high-quality hand-blown Zalto glasses for six generations. Hand-blown from the finest European crystal, lead oxide free, dishwasher safe and resistant to scratches and clouding.

Welcome to BŌTO, a Teppanyaki Bar located in our upstairs Wine Loft, offering an unparalleled culinary experience that marries tradition with modernity. Our skilled Japanese chefs are dedicated to sourcing only the finest ingredients, ensuring that each component of our menu is meticulously selected for quality and freshness.

Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using ancient Japanese techniques, harmoniously fusing Japanese cuisine with locally sourced West Australian produce.

We have a selection of local and international wines, sake, beers and spirits pouring under coravin by the glass. You can also select any bottle from the Wine Loft’s extensive selection and enjoy at BŌTO Teppanyaki for a $15 corkage fee. We would love to assist with your selection.
