Order & Delivery Terms

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • If your recipient is not home, the order shall be left in a location of the driver’s discretion at the customer’s risk.
  • If the driver is unable to leave your order safely, it will be brought back to Boatshed for collection. If you’d like to order a second delivery, please contact us and we will send through a payment link and book the next available courier for you.
  • If the selected delivery address is an apartment, a gated property or a business, please add delivery instructions for the driver to access the property.
  • If your delivery address is a hospital, please ensure you provide the recipient’s room number and phone number.
  • We cannot advise the exact time to expect your delivery and can only provide a general delivery window.

Whilst we endeavour to cater to specific dietary requirements, please be advised that food prepared on-site and all of our catering is made in a facility that uses milk, eggs, gluten, wheat, soybean, peanuts, shellfish/crustacean, sesame, lupin, mollusc, fish and tree nuts.

ORDER CHANGES & ADDITIONS

Alternatively, email us at catering@boatshedmarket.com.au with your order number and phone number. During admin hours our admin staff will call you to confirm your adjustments and process payment.

Urgent Adjustments & Outside Admin Hours
Please call the store on 08 9284 5176. The deli department can sometimes make exceptions and place a separate manual order for for additions for payment upon collection. Please note: these manual orders are unavailable during December due to the busy Christmas period.

MASTERCLASS REFUNDS

Boatshed Market processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Due to the limited tickets we sell for masterclasses and a high demand we require 24 hours notice prior to the class starting in order to process refunds.
