The earthy aroma of truffles combined with the cheese’s indulgent texture makes it a winner for any occasion!

GIROLLED TETE DE MOINE 'FLOWERS'

Tête de Moine AOP is a highly aromatic semi-hard cheese from Jura and is a real treat for the eyes and taste buds. It isn’t cut; instead, it is scraped into fine rosettes using a girolle cheese curler or similar tool. By scraping the cheese, the area of the cheese that comes into contact with the air increases. This changes the structure of the cheese and allows the aromatic, gently melting flavour to develop to its fullest.

DUCK CONFIT

Our in-house butchers have created the most succulent, fragrant confit in duck fat, oranges, thyme and garlic. This is ready to cook at home and enjoy alongside a fresh salad or seasonal roast vegetables. Simply place the ready to cook confit in boiling water for ten minutes before pan searing, creating the perfect crispy duck skin.
