Grab your lamb from our butchery department – already seasoned with garlic and rosemary for a rich, aromatic flavour. The oven-ready bag locks in moisture as the lamb cooks and enhances the flavour, creating the softest, most decadent, fall from the bone roast lamb in three easy steps:
1. Preheat oven to 140° on the fan forced setting. Poke four holes in the bag.
2. Cook for 4 hours. Once the roast is cooked, you can make a delicious gravy from the juices left in the bag.
3. Serve and enjoy with roast turmeric potatoes, honey heirloom carrots & a fresh radicchio salad.
Pair it with your favourite wine – we recommend a glass of Chianti Camporsino DOCG for a beautiful match.
