HOUSE-MADE FAMILY PIES

Our range of delicious, house-made pies are made daily by our chefs. The range includes our slow-cooked, grass-fed Beef Bourgogne Pie, Porcini Mushroom & Free Range Chicken Pie, Wagyu Beef Pie, Thai Green Curry Seasonal Vegetable Pie and Traditional Butter Chicken Pie. Made using time-tested recipes and quality ingredients, each pie has a shortcrust pastry base topped with a golden, crisp puff pastry lid. Simply warm through in the oven and serve as a main meal, for lunch or dinner, alongside a green salad or roasted vegetables.

TASTING: BOATSHED BAKED BRIE & TRUFFLED TOMME ADRIENNE

Complimentary Tasting | 21 June from 11am - 2pm

Warm up this week with our Boatshed Baked Brie, made in-house with triple cream, garlic and thyme, simply add white wine and bake until golden and bubbling. Also available: the luxurious Tomme Adrienne à la Truffes, a delicate goat’s milk cheese layered with summer truffle and lightly coated in ash.

Open to taste in the Wineloft is the 2024 Craggy Range Te Muna Sauvignon Blanc and the Martinborough Pinot Noir, which today was awarded 97 points and announced as Wine of the Show at the 2025 Decanter World Wine Awards.

MANJIMUP BLACK TRUFFLES

Truffle Season is here!

The highly anticipated black truffle season has just commenced, with deliveries arriving direct from local truffle farms in Manjimup. The richness of the Manjimup soils and the cool climate is ideally suited to grow premium black truffles.

Find fresh truffles in the Fromagerie department, and many truffle loaded dishes and products across the store.

CHICKEN PÂTÉ WITH MANJIMUP TRUFFLE

Tasting in store from 11-12pm this Saturday

Lovingly made in-house by our Charcuterie team, this smooth and flavourful pâté is crafted from free-range chicken and infused with the rich aroma of Manjimup
truffles and truffle oil. It’s seasoned with sage, salt, pepper, burnt butter and shallots, making it a rich and elegant addition to any grazing board or a simple
treat on fresh bread or crackers.

PORK & TRUFFLE BRATWURST

Made in house by our Butchers

Our Butchers use fresh black Manjimup truffles and free range pork from WA owned Plantagenet Pork in a time honoured, traditional German recipe to create a sensational Brätwurst that is full of flavour. Due to the short truffle season, these will only be available from our butchery for a limited time for $35/kilo.

FRESH SWORDFISH

Rottnest Island, WA

Fresh, local Swordfish that has been wild caught off the Rottnest Island trench. Swordfish has a moist, meaty flesh that is sweet and delicate, mild yet flavoursome. It’s a versatile option that’s perfect for the cooler months, enjoy it pan-fried or baked, add it to a warming curry, or purchase it panko crumbed from the Fishco for $69/kilo.
