LOWBOI RIESLING, PORONGORUP WA

Lowboi Riesling by winemaker Guy Lyons is a pure expression of place. Grown in the elevated Springviews Vineyard of the Porongurup Range, this dry-grown Riesling reflects its ancient granitic soils and cool Southern Ocean influence. Expect lifted aromatics, vibrant fruit and a signature mineral, bath-salt edge that defines the site. Energetic, precise and built to reward cellaring.

By the glass, the 2025 Lowboi Riesling is a fantastic local Riesling - perfect with our hibachi chicken skewers with yakitori sauce, smoked salt and lime.
