Join Kris Ambrozkiewicz in the loft on Saturday, 2 December from 12 pm -3 pm as he shares the range with us. Bizzarro’s all-natural apéritifs are one of the best pre-mix cans going around! The foundation is Vermentino wine, steeped in rinds and peels of Riverland lemons and oranges which are distilled with gentian and rhubarb root to boost bitterness. Bizzarro’s aromatic spices like coriander seed and cinnamon round out the drink’s profile. Bizzarro Australiano ft. Maidenii, Bizzarro Spritz and Bizzarro ft. Mischief Brew are available from the Loft. All three are wildly refreshing, hand-made in small batches and are an all-natural apéritivo that evokes La Dolce Vita with an Aussie twang!

This weekend we will be pouring three Chenin Blancs of different origins and styles. Chenin Blanc has seen a resurgence in Australia in recent years, with some incredibly modern, complex and drinkable wines being made. We will have examples of brilliantly made Chenin Blanc from Australia, France & South Africa open to taste all weekend!

Our expert cheesemonger has secured the only wheel of 36 month Comté in Australia and we will be cracking this wheel tonight! Our Wine Loft team has curated a selection of three Chenin Blanc wines to complement the Comté, which will be available for tasting.
This weekend we are featuring a lineup from Battles Wine, a label dedicated to making wines with fruit from the Margaret River and Frankland River regions. The Battles Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Rosé and award winning Frankland Shiraz will all be available to taste, with winemaker Kris Ambrozkiewicz pouring in the Wine Loft this Saturday 28th October from 4-7pm.

The Butchery will be serving up freshly barbecued Lamb Souvlaki Kebabs today, from 11 AM - 2 PM. These kebabs are made in-house, using lamb from Amelia Park in the South West of WA. Enjoy them fresh off the barbecue, or cook them yourself at home and enjoy with fresh tzatziki!
The full range of Swinney Estate Wines will be open to taste in the loft this weekend, with Jo Cammack of Bibendum Wines pouring the range from 4 PM - 7 PM on Saturday, 14 October. Between winemaker Rob Mann & celebrated viticulturalist Lee Haselgrove, Swinney Wines have left no stone unturned on their 160ha property in Western Australia’s remote Frankland River Wine Region. Together they have put the region on the world stage for producing immaculately pure and expressive Riesling, Grenache, Syrah & Mourvèdre.
