Binchotan Charcoal is a type of Activated Charcoal that has been traditionally made for over 300 years by charcoal makers in the Kishu province of Wakayama, Japan. Premium grade Japanese bbq charcoal made with the binchotan technique from 100% sawdust has a long and consistant burning time, is free from any additived and binding agents.
