Our ready to cook Pork Cotoletta is prepared in-house by our skilled butchers, using only the highest quality free-range pork from Linley Valley Pork. Coated with Panko crumbs and parmesan, it is the perfect balance of crunch and tenderness. Linley Valley Pork have been raising pigs for the past 30 years on their Free Range Farm in the Porongurups, WA, one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world. They believe that the best flavour comes from the most cared for animals. Their pigs are free to roam, and are fed a natural diet by the farmers. Shallow-fry your Pork Cotoletta in olive oil and butter, and enjoy alongside a fresh, zesty salad for an authentic Milanese culinary experience!

Poké is a traditional Hawaiian meal serving raw fish with salad and rice. Tuna is the fish of choice, but we have mixed things up and created bowls using salmon, tofu and chicken. They are full of goodness with delicious umami flavours added to an array of freshly chopped vegetables. Our poké bowls are simple, nutritious, and a great takeaway choice for those who want a healthier option.

La Delizia Latticini is owned by third-generation cheesemaker Domenico Boccia who grew up in Naples, Italy. After moving to Perth, he teamed up with award-winning Puglia-born artisan Antonio Caroli. Together they make fresh cheese using traditional Italian methods and non-homogenised milk from farms in the southwest. Pair with seasonal stone fruit, heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil – this is the ultimate fresh cheese to be enjoyed over the warmer months!

Highly aromatic Kensington Pride mangoes are the most popular mango variety grown in Australia! Our KP mangoes are locally grown and packed in Carnarvon, WA. They have a yellow to orange skin tinged with a pretty pink blush and vibrant yellow flesh. They are sweet, tangy and juicy, yet hold their shape when cut and eaten fresh. These first of the season, freshly caught crayfish are delivered directly from the boat to our Fishco! Local fishermen have caught these export quality crayfish in the pristine waters of Two Rocks, Western Australia. They are steamed to perfection, giving them a sweet, rich flavour and deliciously succulent flesh. Perfect for your Christmas entertaining they are available both cooked and raw.

We have just received stock of the perfect cheddar for the festive season! The Reade family began making cheese in the 1980's, dabbling in the craft of cheesemaking, whilst still living on their Somerset farm. They use natural unpasteurized milk which is key in producing the flavours for each cheese. No two batches of Isle of Mull Cheese are exactly the same. A hearty, full-flavoured Scottish Farmhouse Cheddar, Isle of Mull is drier in texture than other Cheddars with flavours that are upfront, richly savoury and boozy.

We source our delicious Lapin cherries from Sweet Cherry Valley farm in Donnybrook, WA. The Cusato family have owned and operated the farm for four generations, producing the finest cherries in the state. Lapin cherries are renowned for their plump size, deep ruby colour and juicy sweetness, perfect for your Christmas entertaining. Boatshed will have Sweet Cherry Valley Lapin cherries available over the Christmas period in 1kg and 2 kg gift boxes.

Also known as Tarta de Queso, this basque cheesecake hails from the Basque region of Spain, more specifically La Viña in San Sebastian. This unique dessert is a crustless cheesecake with a burnt exterior crust that has a delicious caramel note. The filling of this basque burnt cheesecake is mousse-like, which makes it absolutely irresistible. The rustic-looking sides and the slightly sunken center are a part of its charm, our burnt cheesecake is like a combination of an airy souffle and creme brulee, making it difficult to stop at just a single slice!
