Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs NV
20th Sep 2023 | Tasting & Events
Franck Bonville Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs NV $75 per bottle (RRP $95)
Open for complimentary tasting from Thursday, 21 - Sunday, 24 September 2023.
Franck Bonville Blanc de Blancs NV is a dynamic champagne aged for 18 months, surrounded by a richness and smoothness. The pale yellow robe of this cuvée lets us see the very thin bubbles escaping from the bottom of the flute to create a beautiful cordon. The nose is delicate, elegant and discreet. At the opening, the first white flowers fragrances turn into fresh & citrus fruits. The mouth is fresh, supple and generous with some salty notes. The quality speaks for itself - santé!
In 1950, Mr Steve Ward established a boat building facility in the current Boatshed Market premises. The revolutionary12-metre racing yacht named ‘Australia II’ was built by Mr Ward. On 26 September 1983, the yacht made global history when the America’s Cup, was wrested from the Americans after 132 years. Having been constructed in the space where the Wine Loft now sits, it is only fitting that we celebrate in style with champagne!
Franck Bonville Grand Cru BDB NV special available until 27 September 2023. While stocks last!
