Four Pillars in the Yarra Valley have once again made a special limited release gin made from distilling Christmas puddings have been distilled in the botanical basket with a base of juniper, cinnamon, star anise, coriander seed and angelica. “It still smells like an interesting, complex, juniper-driven gin, but it tastes like a mouthful of Christmas pudding.” – Distiller Cam MacKenzie. CHIA provides children and adults with a vegetarian form of omega 3 along with essential nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium and naturally occurring electrolytes. CHIA is rich in both soluble and insoluble fibre, fibre is usually extracted from other juices but is important for blood sugar regulation and digestion which makes CHIA more like a food than a drink. It is also what creates the fun gel around the chia seed in our CHIA drinks.

Meticulously crafted at A.R. Sutton & Co Engineers micro-distillery in the heart of Bangkok, Iron Balls Gin is handmade from fermentation to distillation. Due to the small size of the distillery, production is extremely limited - quality over quantity as the saying goes! We will be tasting Iron Balls Gin all weekend in the Wine Loft.

Delice des Cremiers is a rich, indulgent triple cream cow’s milk cheese with a soft, sweet and buttery flavour. Crème fraîche is added to the milk during the manufacturing process and gives a slight sourness and a hint of spice on the palate. It is covered in a fully white mould that will soften the outside of the cheese when allowed to ripen. Now priced at $11.95 from $19.95 - for a limited time only!

Aussie mangoes mean summer is on its way! We now have a range of varieties from the first flush of Ord River mangoes available in our produce section. They are quick and easy to prepare, bursting with nutritional value and there are a range of varieties to be enjoyed. Delicious as a healthy snack on their own, perfectly pared with chicken or prawn, light summer salads, smoothies and sweet desserts.

Our flower market has the most stunning array of wild mountain peonies! They are different to the standard peony in that their foliage is more prominent! Large, deep rose-pink and yellow blossoms, when fully open central tuft of golden stamens and deep rose stigmas is visible. They are less structured and a little bit more wild looking, as their name suggests!
